Description of Job Responsibilities:
Work closely and support Project Managers/Estimators with administrative duties related to:
- Subcontract/PO administration
- Permit Management
- ALL Project documentation
- Assist in Compiling Project Close-out Documents
- Drawing management and distribution
- Assist Estimator with bid process
Other Administrative Tasks May Include;
- Answering Phones
- Filing
- Processing Documents
- Tracking & Ordering Office Supplies
