What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Assistant position at BSA Compassion Home Care?
Amarillo's largest and top-rated home health agency is looking for exceptional home health aides to add to our team. Candidates with experience in Home Health, Hospice, or a similar field will be given preferential review.

As a Home Health Aide, you will:
- Work one-on-one with patients in a home environment
- Provide critical care to members of our community who would otherwise have no assistance
- Receive health, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance
- Receive 3 weeks of paid time off every year
- Cash out paid time off if you don't use it
- Eligible for pay increase every six months
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year Home Healthcare or similar experience preferred (but not required).
- Thrives in situations requiring compassion and care.
- Valid Driver’s license and proof of automobile insurance.
