- Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, conflicts, or emergencies, employing conflict management techniques and first aid procedures when necessary.
- Verify the identity of visitors, contractors, and staff, controlling access points to prevent unauthorized entry.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents requiring official intervention.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately and promptly.
- Implement loss prevention strategies by observing for theft or vandalism and intervening appropriately.
- Proven experience in security roles or law enforcement, with a strong understanding of security protocols and emergency procedures.
- Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and conflict management are highly desirable.

- Background in military or law enforcement service is advantageous.
