What are the responsibilities and job description for the Freelance Revenue Operations Systems Specialist position at BS LLC | Branding, Strategy, & Marketing Agency?
We’re looking for solution-oriented RevOps operators who do real, hands-on systems work across marketing, sales, and service ops. People who are comfortable inside CRMs and pipeline systems—building workflows, managing routing logic, setting up automations and integrations, and making sure everything actually works the way it should.
And just as important—you can explain your thinking. Not just what you did, but why it works.

What You'll Do:
- Build and maintain forms, routing, workflows, automations, and integrations
- Work within CRM and pipeline systems across marketing, sales, and service
- Support fields, properties, and custom objects (or equivalent structures)
- QA and validate changes before they go live
- Troubleshoot and improve existing setups
- Document logic clearly and simply
