Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the property team in daily operations, fostering an engaging and motivating environment
- Oversee maintenance schedules and team accountability
- Coach and develop team members to create an inclusive workplace
- Manage budgets, accounts, rent collections, and tenant notices
- Review applications and ensure compliance with processes
- Handle administrative tasks including audits and reporting
- Communicate effectively with leadership and provide timely updates
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and safety standards
- Address resident concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate property inspections and maintenance activities
- Respond to emergencies and implement safety precautions
Ideal Candidate Profile
- High energy and positive attitude
- Strong financial and budgeting skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- 2 years of multi-family leasing management experience
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; property management software experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual skills a plus
