The Benefits & Leave Coordinator is a key partner in supporting Bryten employees across multiple states with benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation processes.
You’ll work closely with our Benefits Administrator to ensure employees feel supported while we maintain strong compliance and smooth operations behind the scenes.

Here are some responsibilities for the potential Benefits & Leave Coordinator:
- Help administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and personal leaves
- Track leave hours and important deadlines
- Communicate with employees and managers throughout the leave process
- Support intermittent leave tracking and documentation follow-ups
- Manage and maintain HR systems (Paycom), tracking logs, and case files to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
- Help ensure employees have a smooth and supportive experience during time away
- Help coordinate workplace injury reporting and documentation
- Partner with employees, managers, medical providers, and insurance carriers
- Track restrictions, return-to-work updates, and claim status
- Maintain organized incident and OSHA tracking records
- Assist employees with benefit questions and navigation
- Support Open Enrollment activities
- Help coordinate wellness initiatives and employee engagement programs
- Maintain accurate benefit records in HR systems
- Maintain confidential employee records
- Assist with audits and reporting
- Help improve processes and workflows as Bryten grows
- Be a trusted administrative partner to the Benefits team
As the ideal candidate, your background includes:
- Experience in HR, benefits, payroll, leave administration, or workers’ compensation
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Strong communication and people skills
- Passion for helping employees feel supported
- Experience with HRIS systems (Paycom experience is a plus!)
