Responsibilities
- Assist with, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with relevant Governing Documents and Rules and Regs.
- Utilize property management tools like Building Link and Cinc to input data, generate reports, and maintain organized records of owner and renter information.
- Support property maintenance coordination by tracking work orders, liaising with vendors, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Manage client communication through phone etiquette and professional correspondence, addressing tenant inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Assist in monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and maintaining financial records related to property operations.
- Engage with owners and renters regarding all aspects of their condo unit.
Skills
- You are not required to have experience in this field, this is a very fast growing business to learn and grow in. Willing to train the right person.
- Must have sense of humor and ability to multi task.
- Ability to learn property management software such as Yardi, OneSite, or similar platforms.
- Experience with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and contract management.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette and client relationship management abilities.
- Ability to handle conflict management situations diplomatically while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes and facilities management practices.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for reporting and correspondence purposes.
- Effective team skills to collaborate across departments and support property staff efforts.
