This is a full-time hybrid role located in New York, NY, with the flexibility for some work-from-home. As an Enterprise Client Success Manager, you will work closely with multifamily teams to ensure their success with Brynsights™. Key responsibilities include building strong client relationships, driving customer satisfaction, ensuring client retention, and serving as a trusted partner. You will analyze data and provide actionable insights, act as the client's advocate within the company, and collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery.
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure an exceptional client experience
- Proven expertise in Relationship Building and Customer Retention to foster trust and long-term partnerships
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, provide meaningful insights, and drive informed decision-making
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the multifamily housing industry or similar fields is a plus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
