We are seeking a proactive and versatile Maintenance Staff member to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities. This position is an outdoor position. In this energetic role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and supporting various repair projects across our residential and manufacturing environments. Your expertise will help maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workspace, contributing directly to the overall success of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on light electrical components, and light plumbing fixtures
- Assist with residential painting projects and other general facility upkeep tasks
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts used, and inspections performed
- Trash pick-up
- Simple landscaping

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
