Bryn Mawr Care is a 24/7 crisis intervention, assessment and treatment facility, providing specialized individual residential care for adults with psychiatric disorders. Responsibilities of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Responsible for the coordination and delivery of consumer care and the application of the nursing process
• Accountable for clinical oversight and positive clinical outcomes
• Supervise and lead CNAs and ensure the shift is fully staffed

of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN):

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) licensed in the State of Illinois
• Mental Health or Long-Term Care for Adults experience preferred
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented
• Excellent critical thinking capability
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA standards
• Must have compassion, tolerance and understanding for adults with psychiatric disorders
