Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage transportation projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including engineers, planners, contractors, and government agencies.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
- Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates.
- Manage procurement processes and oversee contract administration.
- Facilitate public engagement and community outreach when required.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in Federal Transportation
- Strong knowledge of transportation planning.
- Proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with DOT and/ or municipal transportation programs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in Federal Contracts
