Experienced CMM (Contract Maintenance Manager) 2-3 years

BryMak is seeking an ACM (Assistant Contract Manager) to oversee the day-to-day Facility Maintenance operations on the Walter Reed Medical Center Bethesda MD.

Requirements

The ACM shall be technically qualified in the field of Healthcare Facilities Management and shall, as a minimum, have two (2) years of experience in a business occupancy medical facility operations and maintenance and minimum three (3) years’ experience servicing and/or renovating commercial buildings, including supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems. The CMM shall be familiar with the various codes and standards applicable to the O&M tasks covered by the PWS, TJC, NFPA, EPA, and OSHA codes and standards. The ACM shall be able to read, write, speak, and understand English

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all aspects of contract administration.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
• Review and negotiate repairs with clients and vendors.
• Monitor contract performance and address any issues that arise with the CMM.
• Prepare reports on contract status and performance metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts and related documents.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in contract management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of quality control and assurance processes.
• Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex contracts and identify key issues.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with contract management software is a plus.

Pay: $95,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
