Key Responsibilities:
- Leads data gathering and analytical activities to support project objectives and decision-making
- Designs and conducts qualitative and quantitative research to inform program insights and recommendations
- Develops and maintains databases and spreadsheets to organize, manage, and analyze data sets
- Creates process flow diagrams and visual representations to document workflows and improve process understanding
- Drafts project reports, analytic summaries, and other client deliverables
- Develops training materials to support stakeholder learning and program implementation
- Performs instructional design activities to structure effective learning content and delivery approaches
- Produces multimedia content to enhance training and knowledge transfer
- Delivers training sessions and facilitates knowledge sharing across client and project teams
- Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibilty (TS/SCI)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 7 years of experience in data analysis or research
- Basic proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- BS degree from an accredited university math, science, or data analytics
- 7 years of relevant professional experience working in a complex organization in a leadership role
