We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer - Installer to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Assist with the installation of building components, fixtures, and systems according to project specifications and blueprints.
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively to support construction activities.
- Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings to facilitate accurate installation work.
- Prepare work sites by setting up scaffolding, framing, or other necessary structures for installation tasks.
- Support demolition, concrete forming, masonry, roofing, drywall, and finishing work as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by clearing debris and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Prior experience in construction site work or related roles is preferred but not mandatory; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of construction disciplines such as carpentry, flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical systems, or masonry is a plus.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality assurance.
