The Richmond - Chesterfield Campus of Bryant & Stratton College is accepting applications for a full-time Receptionist.
Job Summary:
This position is an essential first contact for students, faculty, staff and vendors. In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Academics department.
Principal Job Functions:
- Answering a multi-line phone system
- Polite and Professional Customer Service
- Data entry and other Academic functions
- Faxing, filing and basic office duties
- Special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position. Evening and weekend hours are required.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Associates Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Previous receptionist experience a plus
