Position: English & Communications Adjunct Professor
Hours/Status: Part-Time
Reports to: Dean of Instruction/Program Director
Location: Wisconsin Market (Wauwatosa & Racine Campuses)
**Fall Term begins September 9, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Teach 3-14 contact hours in English and/or Communications based on qualifications and college need
- Provide skills assistance, tutoring, and workshops related to writing, communication and research
- Complete and maintain a teaching portfolio
- Assist in integrating writing and communication skills across the curriculum and in developing program-specific activities in General Education courses
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in English
- Knowledge of computer software and research databases
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development and student success
- Strong team player
- Ability to make meaningful and positive connections with diverse student body in a career college environment
