What are the responsibilities and job description for the Event Setup Crew / Tent Installer position at Bryant's Rent-All?
Bryant’s Rent-All is a family-owned event rental company in Lexington, KY, providing tents, tables, chairs, linens, and more for events across Central Kentucky. We are hiring Event Setup Crew Members / Tent Installers to join our delivery and installation team.
This is a physically demanding, outdoor job working on a crew to install tents and event equipment at job sites. We are looking for dependable, hard-working individuals who show up on time and are ready to work.
If you prefer active, hands-on work and being part of a team, this is a great opportunity with room to grow.
Responsibilities:
- Load and unload tents, tables, chairs, and event equipment
- Assist with deliveries and pickups at job sites
- Set up and tear down tents, flooring, lighting, and more
- Work efficiently as part of a crew to complete installations
- Some warehouse work involved (cleaning, minor repairs to equipment)
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized
- Follow all safety procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 75 lbs and perform physical labor daily
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong attendance and reliability is required
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow direction
- Schedule: Monday–Friday Saturdays; some evenings required
