What are the responsibilities and job description for the Landscape Laborer position at Bryant’s Best Outdoor Services?
Bryant’s Best Outdoor Services is looking for hardworking, dependable team members to join our growing outdoor services crew! We are a family-owned company serving the Louisville area with lawn care, landscaping, seasonal services, and professional holiday light installation.
Responsibilities
- Perform landscape maintenance including trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and cleanups
- Complete landscape installation projects of all sizes, from small residential refreshes to larger commercial and residential projects
- Assist with planting, shrub and tree installation, sod work, and bed maintenance
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Install and remove Christmas and holiday lighting on homes and commercial properties
- Work comfortably on ladders and roofs during holiday light season
- Load/unload materials and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
- Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or outdoor labor preferred but not required
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and on roofs for holiday lighting installations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
