Job Description:
Bryant is seeking a full-time Customer Service and Sales Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for the Company’s customers and to be the interface between sales order management and the production team. This position will assume a variety of responsibilities with a focus on proactive communication, strong interpersonal skills, collaboration with other team members and attention to detail. We are looking for a self-starter that wants to be part of a growing organization with the ability to have an immediate impact on the Company.
Essential Job Duties:
- Facilitate open communication with customers to build strong relationships and trusted loyalty
- Lead the administrative processing and execution of orders—from validation and entry to ensuring on-time production/delivery
- Help create and maintain efficient workflows between customer orders, other internal departments and third-party logistics and information platforms
- Develop and monitor KPI metrics to optimize the Company’s sales efforts and order fulfillment
- Identify and execute on targeted growth opportunities (e.g. cross-selling current customers, tradeshows, etc.)
- Collaborate with other teams (e.g. production, accounting) to prepare and analyze sales forecasts, production schedules and seasonal inventory plans
- Work with management to develop pricing strategies, margin improvement opportunities and overall sales growth
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Proficiency using Microsoft Excel and general competence with computer and software systems
- Experience with QuickBooks, NetSuite or other accounting/ERP platforms is a plus
- Strong data literacy
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
