We are honored to partner with Hanger Clinic for amputee rehabilitation and prosthetic training, and collegiate athletes from programs such as UC Merced, Fresno State, Merced and Modesto College, Sacramento State, Cal Berkeley, and more continue to choose BOSPT for off-season rehabilitation and performance training. We also maintain respected relationships with major medical institutions including UCSF, Stanford, Sierra Orthopedic, UC Davis, and Valley Children’s Hospital.

We are also proud to have recently partnered with CSU Stanislaus to provide on-site care for their collegiate athletes as part of our expanding sports rehabilitation services.

Role Description

Bryant Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for our upcoming Turlock location. We specialize in orthopedics, sports physical therapy, and rehabilitation. Applicants must hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

We are seeking a clinician with extensive experience in high-quality outpatient orthopedic and sports practice, exceptional clinical reasoning skills, and a strong command of evidence-based treatment methods.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a high-performance approach to evaluating patient needs, selecting appropriate treatment techniques, and guiding patients through safe and effective recovery and injury prevention. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires effective collaboration with both the clinical team and patients to ensure optimal care. The candidate must also show initiative, leadership, and a desire for continued professional growth within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
• California Physical Therapy License
• CPR Certification

Duties

• Conduct initial evaluations, reassessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries for all assigned patients.
• Complete daily documentation and billing accurately and on time, adhering to department and compliance guidelines.
• Demonstrate working knowledge of major insurance payors including private insurance, Health Plan of San Joaquin, Medicare, and Workers’ Compensation.
• Maintain compliance with all state and national regulations, including CEU and ethics requirements.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care and modify treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments based on physician orders and interpretation of evaluations and diagnostic tests.
• Ensure continuity of care through patient education, assistive device recommendations, and home exercise programs.
• Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants and Aides in patient care activities.
• Participate in in-services, workshops, clinical labs, and professional literature review to promote professional development.
• Represent BOSPT in the community and support physical therapy education and outreach efforts.
