What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Attorney position at Bryant Law Partners?
Job Summary
We are looking for an Associate Attorney to join our growing firm. At Bryant Law Partners, we have a general practice law firm where we handle family law, criminal defense, probate, estate planning, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate and contract matters and more. We currently have more cases than we can handle and are looking for someone that can hit the ground running with cases.
Depending on experience level, we understand that we may need to provide training until you feel confident managing cases and attending court independently. We are prepared to help develop those skills and teach you in all of our practice areas. We anticipate this being a contract type role where you eventually manage and work your caseload independently, without micromanagement from us. Once working independently, we anticipate pay would be based on a commission or percentage of fees generated so you have control over your earning potential. Pay structure and details may be dependent on the particular individual and experience and can be discussed during the interview process.
The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to learn and develop their professional skills while zealously advocating for clients. We pride ourselves on having a very laid back, family-friendly and positive work environment for both our attorneys and staff and we are looking for someone who will fit in well with our existing team.
