Bryant Group, Inc. a well-established Plumbing Contractor located in Forest Hill, MD is seeking a highly energetic motivated individual for a full-time Expeditor position. In this vital role, you will ensure the seamless flow of plumbing supplies and materials through efficient coordination, accurate inventory management, and timely order fulfillment. Responsibilities -
- Working closely with management and job site superintendents to determine various material needs, coordinating deliveries, status of orders and other purchasing administrative responsibilities as required in an efficient manner.
- Placing orders directly with various plumbing supply houses and other vendors for materials which may be required on a daily basis.
- Place orders for various rental equipment needs.
- Maintain and update job data base / take-offs relating to various material need.
Requirements -
- Must have strong computer & database program experience / skills
- Intermediate to Advance in Microsoft, Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills to include a sense of urgency to meet deadlines, multi-task and set priorities effectively
- Teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be ablet to be seated in a stationary position 90% of the work day.
- Must be able to use fingers and hands continuously typing on a keyboard.
- Must be able to lift up to 20lbs.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment background check/pre-employment drug screen/physical
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
