**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients of all ages, focusing on psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, and therapy.
**Responsibilities:**
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to determine mental health needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with psychiatric disorders
- Prescribe and manage appropriate medications
- Provide therapy and counseling to individuals, families, or groups
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
**Qualifications:**
- Master's or Doctorate in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric-Mental Health
- Current Nurse Practitioner license in Nevada
- Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
- Experience in diagnosing and treating psychiatric disorders across the lifespan
- Proficiency in ICD-10 coding and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
