Master Automotive Technician

Bryant Auto Repair is looking for a skilled, self-motivated ASE Certified Master Automotive Technician to join our team. We are a professional, high-standard independent shop equipped with advanced diagnostic technology, including Autel MaxiSYS Ultra EV, Maximus 5.0 and Snap-on systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: Perform accurate troubleshooting and repairs on complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle systems using state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment.
• Quality Execution: Complete routine to advanced maintenance and heavy line repairs efficiently and to manufacturer specifications.
• Module Programming & Calibration: Handle complex module programming, and coding.
• Shop Standards: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while adhering to all shop safety policies and environmental regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Assist and mentor fellow technicians when needed and communicate clearly with service advisors regarding repair requirements and timeframes.
  

Qualifications & Requirements

• Certifications: Current ASE Certified Master Automobile Technician credentials (L1 certification is a strong plus).
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a line technician in an independent shop or dealership setting.
• Equipment Proficiency: Hands-on experience with high-end diagnostic platforms (Autel, Snap-on, OE software).
• Tooling: Must have a comprehensive set of professional-grade hand and power tools.
• Work Ethic: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to continuous learning as automotive technology evolves.
