We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can deliver exceptional customer service, build trust with customers, and help grow our business.
This is not an entry-level counter position. We are looking for a motivated professional who wants a long-term career with significant income potential and advancement opportunities.

- $20.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience

Service Advisor Compensation
After successfully completing training and demonstrating the ability to independently manage customers and repair orders:
- Hourly wage
- 2.5% commission on total monthly shop sales
Based on our current average monthly sales volume, compensation can exceed $85,000 annually.
Monthly Sales Bonus Program
Additional bonuses are available based on total monthly shop sales:

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
- Create and present repair estimates
- Explain repair recommendations and maintenance needs
- Coordinate repairs with technicians
- Order parts and manage repair timelines
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process
- Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
- Help achieve shop sales and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Service Writer or Service Advisor in an automotive repair facility
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
