Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Blending Operator to join our dynamic production team. Duties
- Operate blending equipment safely and efficiently, following all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Measure and add material accurately using basic math skills to ensure proper formulation of products
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment.
- Monitor product quality throughout the blending process, making adjustments as needed to meet specifications
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery for mechanical issues; perform basic troubleshooting or report problems for maintenance
- Follow OSHA regulations.
Skills
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Knowledge in harness safety and fall protection.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand equipment operation and perform basic maintenance or troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices necessary for maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow detailed instructions precisely
