What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Bryan Pest Control?
We are a Family Owned Company that has been in business since 1977 and we are looking for someone to join our Team.
Duties:
- Answer incoming calls from multiline phone system
- Schedule appointments for multiple technicians
- Take customer payments over phone and in person
- Assist with monthly statements
Qualifications:
- MUST be able to pass a Drug Screening and Background Check
- Knowledge of Windows Based Applications ( Microsoft Applications)
- Knowledge of Web-Based Applications
- MUST have a Positive Attitude and Work Productively with Co-workers
- MUST possess Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills
- MUST be DEPENDABLE and able to WORK A MINIMUM OF 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
- MUST be able to work proficiently in a fast-paced office
