Duties
- Safely operate and maintain golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and ready for guest use
- Greet guests warmly, assist with cart rentals.
- Manage guest inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, enhancing their overall experience.
- Assist with event management support during tournaments or special occasions on the course
- Support guest services by providing directions, answering questions, and facilitating smooth transportation flow
- Staging of golf carts for daily usage by guests.
- Keeping a organized and clean work environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or golf course environments is highly desirable
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse guests
- Ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting (e.g., loading/unloading carts or equipment) safely and efficiently
