Job Responsibilities :
- Perform resident skin assessments and monitor wound healing progress
- Obtain and implement physician-ordered wound care treatments
- Administer treatments as prescribed and document all care appropriately
- Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to improve and maintain resident skin integrity
- Other duties and responsibilities will be discussed during the interview
Requirements :
Must have a current RN or LVN license in the State of Texas
Previous wound care experience required
Strong documentation and assessment skills
Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to quality care
