Certified Dietary Manager
Bryan Manor, a 100 Bed MR/DD Facility , located in Centralia, Illinois currently has a great opportunity for an experienced Certified Dietary Manager for this Full Time Management Position. This position will require the following:
- Recent experience as a Dietary Manager in a skilled nursing facility
- Certified Dietary Manager with current Illinois Sanitation certification
- Will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Dietary department
- Should have in depth knowledge of budgets, ordering, and sanitation standards
- Should be familiar with the Federal and State regulations and the survey process as it relates to Dietary Departments
- Able to lead and educate the dietary team to successful outcomes
