- Sophisticated law firm experience on complex corporate or and M&A matters
- Managing complex M&A projects and timelines, interacting with subject matter experts and junior resources, preparing equity and asset purchase agreements and ancillary documentation, and conducting and summarizing legal due diligence in M&A transactions, with an emphasis on private equity transactions and private target M&A
- Significant attention to detail and ability to interact successfully with clients, investment bankers, and other advisors
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, analytical skills, and the ability to distill complex information into actionable advice manage client engagements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ownership mentality and the ability to assume a high degree of responsibility
