Salary: $55,000–$60,000 (based on experience)

- Support and lead daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing procedures
- Manage both FOH & BOH execution to ensure speed, quality, and consistency
- Supervise, train, and develop staff, holding team members accountable to standards
- Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and service excellence at all times
- Oversee inventory, place orders, and ensure prep lists are completed
- Manage shift scheduling, task delegation, and team performance
- Handle POS systems (Aloha/Micros) and cash control procedures
- Assist with catering/events and operational logistics
- Support cost control, budgeting, and profitability initiatives
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of management experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Strong leadership presence—direct, decisive, and accountable
- Proven ability to delegate, lead teams, and drive performance
- Solid understanding of kitchen operations, food safety, and quality standards
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling, and cash handling
- Familiarity with POS systems (Aloha or Micros preferred)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Kitchen experience a plus
- ServSafe certification REQUIRED
- Liquor license REQUIRED
