BRW Contracting, Inc. is a full-service site development company serving Central Florida for over 20 years. We specialize in land clearing & grading, underground utilities, concrete, and asphalt. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team.
🔹 Position OverviewThe Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project budgets, schedules, and client expectations while ensuring alignment with company goals. This role requires strong coordination with municipalities, subcontractors, and internal teams from project start through final acceptance.
🔹 Key Responsibilities- Manage project budgets, schedules, and overall performance
- Coordinate with municipalities and government agencies
- Oversee vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors (pricing, delivery, performance)
- Review design documents, site plans, and improvement plans
- Track and manage permits, approvals, and compliance
- Coordinate field operations with inspectors, engineers, and crews
- Prepare schedules (MS Project) and budgets (B2W)
- Present weekly progress reports and manage project documentation
- Process change orders, submittals, and contract updates
- Complete monthly pay requests
- Act as the main point of contact between Owners, Engineers, and internal teams
- Close out projects including punch lists, retainage, and as-built drawings
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in construction/site development
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling and budgeting
- Experience working with municipalities and permitting processes
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
- Salary based on experience
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
- Occasional Saturdays required
