Responsibilities
- Must be diligent with timekeeping for job costing and payroll tracking.
- Experience in marketing facets, strategies, and website updating.
- A leader in sales goals and actually selling for lawn care, snow removal, softscape (enhancements), and hardscape.
- Identify and execute a strategy for substantially growing commercial and high-end affluent area residential lawn care.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within the budget while maintaining the companies high standards.
- Identify, pursue, and strategize on the plans to ensure the business's continued success and overall growth.
- Manage the performance and development of account managers and staff to encourage the continued growth of employees
- Develop and implement a long-term strategy for enhancing the growth, profitability, and continued improvements of the company.
- Must be a strong leader capable of mentoring and building the managers and staff to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Work with account managers to identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our business in the marketplace.
- Continue to work on communication skills with the team to help ensure that the managers, account managers and crews communicate effectively and efficiently.
- Work with staff to develop a strong customer focus with business partners both internally and externally.
- Provides candid feedback on customer’s perceptions of the product and service being provided, to maximize customer retention.
- Frequent, effective, professional, and timely communication with customers, Owners and co-workers.
- Review and monitor budgets for all customer contracts, and address overages with account managers as needed.
- Working knowledge of budgets, financial planning, and reporting to ensure a healthy and sustainable financial future.
- Be an Energetic, self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint and ability to learn new programs
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as organizational skills
- Know how to mentor and work with staff to encourage them to grow their positions

- Ability to develop and present an effective sales presentation both writing and verbally

- At least 10 Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry in management/Sales/senior leadership/account management and business development rules
- 15-20 Years of Experience in the Lawn Care/Landscape/Snow Removal Industry
- Base Salary: $80,000-90,000
