Brutger Equities Inc. is searching for a Part-time Property Manager for our property in Big Lake, MN. 32 total units.
As the Community Manager you directly oversee the renting, staffing, marketing, maintenance, and resident relations of the property.
Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
- Monitor and manages the community rental rates and working with rental applications and the wait list to fill upcoming/current vacant units
- Address resident complaints, concerns and requests appropriately
- Maintain the community’s appearance and ensures any necessary maintenance is reported and completed
- Review applications, prepares leases and completes all necessary paperwork
- Give tours to new applicants
- Ensure deposits, rental payments and all other charges are collected in a timely manner
- Oversee work schedule for all on site employees
- Lead by example and help your team grow by supporting their development
