Responsibilities
- Welcome customers warmly and assist them in selecting their favorite ice cream flavors and toppings
- Scoop ice cream accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness of the scooping stations, display cases, and seating areas throughout your shift
- Handle cash register transactions accurately and provide friendly service during busy periods
- Restock supplies such as cones, cups, napkins, and toppings to ensure smooth operation
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols diligently to ensure a safe environment for both staff and guests
- Engage with customers positively, answer questions about flavors or ingredients, and promote special offers or new products
