Job Overview

We are looking for energetic and friendly team members to join our team at Bruster’s Real Ice Cream in Easley! As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will be responsible for serving high-quality ice cream, creating a welcoming experience for guests, and helping maintain a clean and organized store.

Must be at least 16years old and should be able to work nights and weekends.

This is a fast-paced, fun environment where teamwork and customer service are key.

Responsibilities

• Scoop and serve ice cream, sundaes, shakes, and other desserts
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Operate the POS register and handle transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Restock supplies and assist with daily store tasks
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work as part of a team to keep the store running smoothly

Qualifications

• Friendly, positive attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs
• Previous food service experience is a plus but not required
