Position Overview:
We’re looking for dependable, hands-on individuals who want to be part of a fast-paced production team. The right candidate will take pride in their work, show up consistently, and contribute to a positive team environment. This role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a steady work pace.
Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE (safety toe shoes/boots, gloves, ear/eye protection).
- Lift and handle parts weighing 10–40 lbs frequently; assist with larger parts up to 150 lbs as needed.
- Operate hand and power tools to assemble and finish wood-based products.
- Run and maintain production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Keep your work area clean and organized.
- Meet production and quality standards consistently.
- Communicate and cooperate with your team to keep workflow smooth and productive.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
