Requirements:
- Proven painting experience (interior and exterior) -1 YEAR REQUIRED
- Ability to climb ladders safely and work at heights
- Able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Punctual, professional, and customer-focused
- Valid driver’s license preferred
