Brush Hill Care Center is seeking an experienced Food Service Director with Long Term Care experience to complement the existing staff. The facility is a 160-bed long term care facility in Milton, MA.
Our ideal candidate will have the following credentials and experiences:
Chef / cooking experience,
Scheduling,
Ordering,
Mass sanitation code knowledge,
Budgeting,
CDM, ServSafe, Allergen Certificate
Ability to work hand-in-hand with the Registered Dietitian to create new menu items based on Resident's preferences.
