Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Bilingual Dental Office Manager (English/Spanish) to lead the daily operations of our practice.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable managing schedules, insurance verification, treatment coordination, and team operations. This individual will work directly with the doctor to help drive practice growth while delivering a first-class patient experience.
Responsibilitiesβ’ Manage daily front office operations and patient flow
β’ Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries
β’ Schedule appointments and treatment visits
β’ Verify insurance benefits and assist with financial arrangements
β’ Present treatment plans and discuss payment options
β’ Monitor schedule efficiency and production goals
β’ Train and support administrative team members
β’ Maintain accurate patient records and office reporting
β’ Resolve patient concerns professionally and promptly
β’ Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
β’ Help develop and improve office systems and workflows
Qualificationsβ’ Previous dental office management experience preferred
β’ Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
β’ Strong knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment coordination
β’ Experience with dental software and scheduling systems
β’ Excellent communication and leadership skills
β’ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
β’ Positive attitude and commitment to exceptional customer service
