Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced WORKING Lead Foreman for our Reseeding and Mowing crew. MUST possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with other project leaders. MUST be self motivated. MUST be able to oversee a crew of 3-7 personnel safely and efficiently. As a Working Foreman, you will be responsible for supervising crew members and communicating effectively. Requires traveling to various job sites. You will be required to work as well as managing. Must have a valid driver's license. Pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on the job site, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Filling out daily reports.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Assist with maintenance as needed.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition; report any malfunctions or repairs required.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development among crew members.
Skills
- Must be willing to travel, sometimes out of state.
- Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Basic mechanical knowledge required.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate team members and manage conflicts.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, other project managers and team members.
Pay: From $27.50 per hour
