What are the responsibilities and job description for the French Long Term Sub BJHS position at Brunswick School Department?
The Brunswick School Department seeks an experienced and enthusiastic middle-level teacher to serve as a long-term substitute for grades 6-8 French. The position will run for 8-12 weeks starting in late January. The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Experience as a 6-8 teacher preferred
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and share best practice
- Experience working on grade level and interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction and assessment
- Interested in innovative approaches
- Skilled at working with all students
- Capacity to utilize technology to enhance practice
- State of Maine certification and CHRC approval are required.
