What are the responsibilities and job description for the Anticipated Math Interventionist position at Brunswick School Department?
The Brunswick School Department seeks an experienced and enthusiastic middle-level math interventionist. The successful candidate should possess the following:
- Experience as a 6-8 math teacher preferred
- Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and share best practice
- Experience working on grade level and interdisciplinary teams as well as co-teaching
- Knowledge of differentiated instruction and assessment
- Interested in innovative approaches
- Skilled at working with all students
- Capacity to utilize technology to enhance practice
- Interest in participating in the school community outside of the classroom.
- State of Maine certification and CHRC approval are required.
