Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments for patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Prescribe medications and monitor their effectiveness while managing side effects.
- Provide health coaching and education to patients and their families regarding mental health issues.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and support services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in psychiatric care.

- Ability to code medical records accurately for documentation purposes.
