Brunswick KiDDS, located in the charming city of Brunswick, OH, is a full service, privately owned pediatric dental practice that specializes in the treatment of children up to 18 years of age. We are searching for a confident and upbeat Treatment Coordinator to join our team of dedicated professionals. Full-Time schedule:
- Mondays 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Tuesdays 9:30am - 6:30pm
- Wednesdays & Thursdays 8:30am - 5:30pm
- Fridays 7:30am - 3:30pm
Responsibilities of a Treatment Coordinator at Brunswick KiDDS include:
- Providing a 5-star service approach to service
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Creating treatment plans (utilizing patient insurance if applicable) based on diagnosis from Doctor
- Present treatment plans to patients and answer any questions they may have
- Answering phones to schedule appointments, take payments, answer patient questions and concerns
- Teamwork, multi-tasking, and problem solving abilities
Our ideal candidate for this position will have:
- A Friendly, warm, confident, and professional personality
- Willingness to work as a part of a team and learn new things
- 1 year of Dental insurance experience (Required)
- 1 year of pediatric dental office experience (Preferred)
- Eaglesoft experience (HIGHLY Preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
