Brunswick KiDDS Pediatric Dentistry is looking for a passionate, experienced Clinical Team Supervisor to lead and inspire our clinical team in delivering five-star service to every patient and parent. Brunswick KiDDS is not your average dental office—we’re a vibrant, patient-first, fun-loving pediatric dental practice committed to excellence in everything we do. Nestled in the friendly community of Brunswick, OH, we specialize in treating children and teens up to 18 years old and we do it with heart, hustle, and a whole lot of teamwork. We are searching for a Clinical Team Supervisor who’s ready to lead with energy, compassion, and professionalism. You’ll be the go-to mentor for our talented clinical team, helping shape the future of pediatric dental care—one happy patient (and team member!) at a time.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 5-star patient experiences with every interaction
- Motivate, coach, and develop our incredible clinical team
- Provide hands-on, chairside support as needed
- Monitor performance and ensure alignment with clinical excellence standards
- Set daily/weekly goals and inspire the team to exceed them
- Lead with positivity, professionalism, and passion
- Ensure compliance with licensing and training requirements
- Jump in where needed—because we’re a team, always!
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years dental office experience (REQUIRED)
- Certified Dental Assistant OR Ohio Registered Dental Hygienist(REQUIRED)
- 2 years management experience in dental/medical setting (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Familiarity with Eaglesoft software (preferred)
- A natural leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Full-Time Schedule:
- Mon, Wed, & Thurs: 8:30am–5:30pm
- Tues: 9:30am–6:30pm
- Fri: 7:30am–1:30pm
