What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Experience Concierge position at Brunswick KiDDS Laser Dentistry?

It is often a nervous parent looking for answers, a family searching for the right dental home, a mom worried about her infant, or a parent trying to navigate insurance and financial concerns.
π The person in this role helps shape that experience.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, strong emotional intelligence, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with families from the very first interaction.
This is more than a traditional front desk position.
We are looking for someone who can create trust, build value, navigate difficult conversations, and provide a "Disney-level" experience that leaves families feeling heard, supported, and confident in their decision to choose our practice.
- Build trust and meaningful relationships with new and existing families.
- Create exceptional first impressions over the phone and in person.
- Guide families through insurance, financial, and scheduling conversations.
- Help parents understand recommendations, next steps, and treatment options.
- Navigate challenging conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Support infant, pediatric, orthodontic, and specialty patient scheduling.
- Anticipate family needs and go above and beyond to create an outstanding experience.
- Help families feel valued, cared for, and confident before they ever walk through our doors.
You are someone who naturally connects with people.
You know how to listen, not just respond.
You can make people feel comfortable, understood, and supported.
You communicate with warmth, confidence, professionalism, and empathy.
You remain calm under pressure and can navigate difficult conversations while maintaining trust.
If people regularly tell you:
- "You made me feel comfortable."
- "Thank you for explaining that."
- "I felt heard."
- "You made this easier."
...then we want to meet you.
