Responsibilities
- Operate pressing machines and garment care equipment to achieve crisp, wrinkle-free finishes on various fabrics.
- Handle garments with care during pressing, ensuring they are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with garment finishing tasks such as steaming, folding, and quality checks to meet customer expectations.
- Support laundry services by processing garments through dry cleaning and laundry procedures as needed.
- Ensure proper manual handling techniques when lifting heavy garments or equipment to prevent damage or injury.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dry cleaning or laundry experiences is highly preferred, especially in garment care or laundry services.
- Knowledge of fabric care, garment pressing techniques, and dry cleaning processes is essential.
- Familiarity with pressing machines, garment finishing tools, and laundry equipment is required.
- Ability to operate garment care machinery safely and efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong manual handling skills with the physical capability for heavy lifting and prolonged standing.
