School Nurse

Salary:
$5280 - $6490 per Month
Annual Supplement $6400 - $7600.

Licensing/Certification:
- Valid North Carolina driver’s license at the time of hire
- Be a registered nurse with at least 2 years of experience as a nurse in a hospital or health clinic or
- Be certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center or the National Board for Certification of School Nurses
- Certification by the American Nurses’ Association (ANA) or the National Association of School Nurses (NASN) preferred
- Completion of training necessary for licensing as a registered nurse
Education:
- Associate’s Degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience:
- Some public health or general nursing experience, preferably in school nursing or community health nursing with children
Salary : $6,400 - $7,600
